BOC Approach Linked to Inflation Spike
The Fraser Institute is saying that the Bank of Canada's shift from managing money supply to targeting interest rates, without enough attention to monetary growth, has been a big factor in the current inflation levels. Misjudgments during the pandemic, including a huge increase in the money supply, are being painted as foundational to the inflation beginning in early 2021. Exploration's Golden Era on the Great Lakes Faces Environmental Countdown
The combination of advanced technology, environmental changes, and growing public interest has brought in a golden age of shipwreck exploration in the Great Lakes, revealing over 6,000 submerged relics. Recent discoveries show the increased pace of exploration, mostly brought about by techn advancements and clearer waters due to invasive species. The preservation and documentation of these historical treasures are now more urgent than ever.
