Poilievre Goes on Joe Rogan
Pierre Poilievre sat down with Joe Rogan for three hours in Austin, Texas this week.
"Fought for Canadian workers and Canadian interests on the world's biggest podcast," Poilievre posted. "Let's get tariff-free trade."
The Joe Rogan Experience has more than 20 million YouTube subscribers and millions more on Spotify. Rogan invited Poilievre during last year's federal election, but the Conservative leader turned him down. This time, with tariffs on every Canadian export to the U.S. and a CUSMA review deadline in July, he said decided the time was right to change that to a yes.
Poilievre recorded the interview during his week-long U.S. tour (Voyageur 60), which also took him to Detroit, Houston, and New York. Three hours of tariff talk, delivered directly to millions of American listeners.

Canada “Falling Behind” in Trade Talks
U.S. Trade Rep Jamieson Greer said on Wednesday that trade talks with Canada are lagging behind those with Mexico. "We've moved along with Mexico," he told Fox Business. "Canada is behind on this."
All three countries have a July deadline on the future of CUSMA. The options are to renew the deal for 16 years, walk away, or force a decade of annual reviews. Mexico already has formal negotiations lined up. Canada has had one meeting since the review period began - a March 6 sit-down between Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc and Greer in Washington.
LeBlanc's office said bilateral discussions naturally move at different speeds in a three-country review. Greer flagged specific irritants, including rules of origin and provincial barriers like bans on American alcohol.
The July deadline isn't moving though.
