Olympic Stadium Roof Heads to Competition
Montreal has launched an international competition to find innovative recycling solutions for its Olympic Stadium roof, set for dismantling this summer. The contest is in aid of finding creative uses of the roof's materials, including cables and membranes, calling for global participation to maximize environmental, economic, and social benefits. Finalists will be chosen by a jury, with public voting to decide the winner. Registration closes May 31, 2024, and submissions need to be made by June 11, 2024.
